3. When products are assembled, ut the grease into we test the torque 100% according to different market demand, so as to ensure their service life. Filling grease by two times,

4. Filling grease by two times, firstly put the grease into the plastic ball seat before assembly. Secondly fill the grease during assembly. For product with grease hole, grease shall be fully filled from the ball seat to the ball pin. For product without grease hole, apply grease on the ball pin neck to make sure the grease is rich enough. Secondly fill the grease hole.

5. Our special laboratory is equipped with full-fledged professional test equipment, such as High&Low Temperature Fatigue Test Platform, Ball Joint Performance Test Platform, Control Arm Products Lifetime Test Platform etc..
